FOREWORD:

As I start to write this, I sincerely hope that these writings will find you in passion and of humbleness. I’ve been very sensitively aware of my writing and none of it is to be over-exaggerated. This section’s purpose is to share the energies on what I’ve been told by countless peers, Friends, Family, and Business Associates, in terms of who I am. As an emerging Leader, the distinction between genuine and foe is of which will be translated into public and private actions.

Ultimately, I know that I will be judged by God, and by the people that I serve. And that I believe that self-government is the best practice in which to uphold – Integrity. I respectfully fear not any negativity, as I hope that you will permit me to speak my mind and truth, as this section and Auto-Bio is written from my heart. There will be very little to no editing of my writing as I want my own words to solidify into ones minds and hearts in its most purist and unbiased form.

My surface title of: “Seasoned Business Advisor” or “Chairman” or “Founder” or “Leader”, seldom will convey the depths of my Experiences, Wisdom, and Passion. Therefore, further compelled me to initiate this writing. This section will be the start of the channeling of all my intensive passions and the Apex of my entire life Experiences and Wisdom, which is, and will be the best of me – for and to anyone that will appreciate its Universal Energies and everlasting impressions and impact to one’s life. And in knowing that certain vital facts are inseparably connected with the greatest of all struggles – the struggle for an Existence.

Further if you can consider the fact that every principle and every statement embodied in this writing has been thoroughly tested in the laboratory of practical, everyday life, where it was tried and found to be sound by countless great men in the field such as: Carnegie, Rockefeller, Hill, Harriman, Ford, etc. These men whom have accumulated great fortunes of material wealth, you will see that they understood and applied the teachings in which I will share with you, along with the principles of Organized Effort, which will run like a golden cord of indisputable evidence throughout my writings.

In virtually every great book that I’ve read and studied, and the many mentors that I have been privileged to embrace, and in terms of great Leaders that have lived before me; I’ve found that about half is their original work and the other half is influenced by excerpted dialogues of other great Leaders, Teachers, and Wisemen in the field. Mine will be of no difference.

I hope you will enjoy this section as much as I’ve enjoyed writing it for you as it is woven from the threads of my own personal experiences and of experiences instilled within me; and now outwards – to you.

GENESIS: LOCATION: ERA: AWARE: EXISTENCE: PURPOSE:

As I am in deep thoughts of;
Our God;
Our Universe;
Our Galaxy;
Our Solar System;
Our Sun, Our Moon;
Our Planet Earth;
The Country that I am in;
The State & City;
The building that I am in;
And the very space in which I occupy;
And with every breath that I take;
As I embrace the Era that I am in;
And beyond the struggles of just to be or just to exist;
I am aware of the Definite Purpose of my Existence.
And that my purpose is to help you - find yours.
Again, I am here to help you find your definite purpose.

The distinct difference of my statements compared to everyone else whom perhaps you have heard before is that my work encompasses this mission via 3-Dimensional integration of Priceless Intangible Value throughout the TeamVinh.com International website and throughout its organization.

In the year of the Dragon, 1976;
A Child was Born in Vietnam.
His Birth Name is: Le Hoang Vu
November 10th.  Scorpio.

MENTAL Metamorphosis:  Caterpillar: Cocoon: Butterfly: “Dragon”.
He is now a Man: whom has become: AWARE.
…Okay, My Friends & Family Call Me: “Vinh”.
They also call me: Corporate “Bruce Lee”;
With the Vision of “Napoleon Hill”;
With the Mind of “Bobby Fischer”;
The Soul of a “Spartan” Warrior;
The Stamina of an “Indian”;
The Logic of “Einstein”;
The Perseverance of “Abraham Lincoln”;
The Organized & Structured thought process of the “Roman Empire”.
The Point Blank Attitude & Stance of a Military: “Drill Sergeant”;
The Heart, Principle, and Generosity of a “Priest”;
And the Ancestry Leadership Blood of: Vietnam.

The above ingredients are of all relevantly required and responsible for me to be able to be here today and to write all of this to you. Ever since I was young all the way up until now, those elements, one by one, has bestowed into me, and slowly “unlocking” each “combination” of my pass code to ultimate self awareness.

Everything has happened for a reason.

I know that I am not perfect, for I’ve made plenty of mistakes in my life. Trial & Error. But my ambition, my awareness, and my competence tells me that I am not mediocre either.

There is a Sound Reason and Logic for everything that I do. And although I am not perfect, in my heart, I am guided by God, and so shall things fall in its natural place.

I believe in Karma.
I believe in the “Butterfly-Effect”.
I believe in Ying & Yang.
I know that: As you sow – so shall you reap.
Negative or Positive: I know that: I shall become what I think about.

I know that: sometimes I must listen and follow and serve, before I can Lead.

I also know about Energy-Equilibrium:
Either you are moving forward or you are moving backwards. No one or anything ever stands still. Even if I crawl under a rock and pretend not to exist, even by being “unavailable” is in fact affecting the world via cause and effect: the “Butterfly Effect” that is.

I further know that: as I make my decisions, the decisions shall make me.

I also know that: when I die, I shall take no tangible Earthly material items with me, and that I shall return to the dust in which I was created.

Tomorrow is not guaranteed for anyone.
Everything is based on Risk & Probability.
Since Birth, we all have an appointment with death.
Life is short. Life is very short.
As each second that ticks by, we will never get any more of it.  Respect the time that we have with each other here on Earth. By the way, the new movie: “Avatar” is very moving. I agree with it. Everyone and everything is interconnected. I’ve also discovered that the most evil people in the world do not respect TIME: i.e., they think that they will “live forever”.  Tisk Tisk.

So let’s be the best we can be. Sequentially prioritize all of what is important to you, and make efficiency your #1 prerogative.

TIME: WE cannot get any more of it;
Hence of my Obsession; 
V - is for VELOCITY.

In the World of Martial Arts or “Kung Fu", one’s SPEED and STRATEGY - Trumps “size” or “strength”.

And in the world of Corporate “Chess", it doesn't matter how many players are playing "against" you. There’s only one game. One win. One loss.

With all due respect to the current and approximate 793 Registered Billionaires and fine Leaders out in the Field, when “Bruce Lee” entered the Martial Arts world, it didn’t’ matter how long you were practicing “Kung Fu” or “Martial Arts”: Any style – Anywhere: Lee just “kicked butt”. However, Lee is there to synergize with the world, and not “fight” it, nor reinvent the wheel.

Vinh H. Le is here to unselfishly help the world find its purpose and further leverage the Revolution of the TeamVinh PSI System. So that you can achieve greatness. Not all tools and “weapons” are the same. Because not all men are created equal. Because no Leader is the same Caliber. TeamVinh.com International. Too many people are simply “lucky” out there. Perhaps it is okay to invent something profound and be in the right place and at the right time (TeamVinh PSI Revolution), but let’s go beyond that. Let’s go where no man has gone before. Let’s go beyond the value of money (cash). Let’s go to the place of calmness. The place of peace. The place of “Buddha” supreme enlightenment. The place in which YOU define as YOUR Success.
The place called: Definite Purpose.
The place where Legacy lives.

And as I know many of you I will never be able to meet. But I will understand and appreciate if you shed a tear for me at my imminent funeral. As that will be the testament and proof that…I have done my job. Only through you I can leave my Legacy. And as a living, versatile, however, imperfect breathing - Human Being...I shall do my best.

Yes, perhaps many of you are thinking to yourselves…"Vinh’s got something here". My Answer to that: Respectfully: “YES I DO”. And it’s for YOU too.

In closing of this Genesis Chapter 1, I would like to remind everyone that:

P.S.

I’ve only started to write this as I was requested to do so. I will continue to build this page. I realized that this section will have the element of embracing change. I find it very helpful for others to know the thinking behind TeamVinh and Who/What drives it. And why it is irreplaceable – Value. Therefore, I will continue to build on this section - until the day that I die.

It will not be often as it will be of quality.
It will be of quality so it will not be often.

As I finish this Chapter, it is now Sunday December 27th, 2009 and that of all of which I’ve learned are derived from all the great Leaders and Mentors that have lived and passed before me. I would like to take this time to solemnly give thanks to each and every single one of them. As each has shared their Wisdom in history, it gives me a higher vantage point of hindsight and I find that success is achieved faster and faster as more Leaders leave their Wisdom behind. More information.  More Awareness. And as when I imminently pass away in the future, I hope that my work will help the next Leader achieve a higher Velocity on his or her attainment of the most coveted goal called: Success.

Ladies & Gentlemen;
FACT: Academic: Accolades, Degrees, and Honors rarely translate to big financial success. HINT: Vinh H. Le never completed college. And never will. But don’t get me wrong here either. My Son will be going to the best College I can afford AND Provide. They didn’t teach you this, but Academics are only the first “half” of your “battle of life”.

An Academic Education only teaches you how to learn. The realities of life and how you think, teaches you the more important things. Most people go through life as with a blunt axe. Lots of effort. • It isn’t free for the clothes that you and your child wears.
• It was not free for the shoes that you and your child wears.
• Perhaps further, it was not free to have met your Spouse and loved one. *It wasn’t free to have bought her that Red Rose.
• What did you BUY for her on Valentine’s Day?
• If you had no money::: COULD YOU HAVE MADE THE SAME IMPRESSION TO YOUR LOVED ONE?
• If you had no money::: COULD YOU HAVE GOTTEN MARRIED?
• Was the Wedding Ring FREE?
• If you are a “bum”: CAN YOU GET ANYONE TO RESPECT YOU?

Think.

Wake up to reality. Wake up to realize that under God::: The Respect and Honor of Earning MONEY is the most important thing on Planet Earth.

Embrace Change: Progressive Awareness: Positive Attitude:

The element of Embracing Change is one very important factor in the art of Entrepreneurship and Success. You will see with indisputable proof that the most successful people in the World can change very quickly. Adaptation. “Chameleons” if you will. True Versatility is naturally derived from the ability to Embrace Change. 

 The following is the Chinese Symbol for “Danger” or “Crisis”;
It is also the same for “Opportunity”.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

A symbol perhaps is worth a thousand pictures.

As I continue to write, I am also aware of; and have respect for the “Woman” Market. For thousands of years, we “Men” have carved history for a bit of time. Grrr…    But the Ladies must be acknowledged as in this Era, they are doing relevant and great things. She was almost the President of the United States.

Probably for the first time in history, my work within the realm of Wisdom and Philosophy, and where ever – applicable, the term “Men” “Man” shall be noted as “One” or “Oneself” or “Individual”. This is for my genuine respect, honor, and admiration of the Lady Leaders that are out there making a difference and representing: TeamVinh.com International. Benefiting everyone.

As a Seasoned Business Advisor, I've added that even prior to making the Right Decisions; one must have Applicable Knowledge to get to the Right Perspective to even ask the Right Questions to get to the Right Answers. And I know this perhaps is getting a bit deep, but even before the Right Perspective is achieved, one must have the Right ATTITUDE. These are the several "digit combination" that must all be in line prior to having the ability to even start in making Right Decisions - so that one can finally be on the road to the attainment of that coveted goal called: Success.

What do I mean by the Right Attitude?
You know exactly what I mean: Be POSITIVE.

We often feel “cool, calm, and collected” when “money is in the bank”. We do not realize that MONEY IS IN THE BANK because we are cool, calm, and collected…
 THERE IS ONLY ONE CHOICE: BE POSITIVE. OR FAIL.

Let me further enlighten and substantiate:
Scientifically speaking, when one gets mad, angry, or upset, the Human Brain releases a natural chemical called: “Tryptophan Hydroxylase”, which immediately drops your “IQ”, and has certain long term side effects including cancer and heart attacks.   So when they tell you “getting mad is getting stupid”, is absolute TRUE!

Now, I know that we all get upset from time to time. We are Humans. Worry, Fear, Anxiety, Stress, etc. are all part of life. However, on the matter of getting upset/Angry, one must reduce it to the bare minimum as it is the worst kind of emotions – scientifically speaking.

I’ve learned a long time ago from great Leaders like Earl Nightingale that your “Mind is the World’s Biggest Farm”.  It will grow whatever you plant in it. Negative or Positive: “As you sow, so shall you reap…”

As a Mentor, I am obliged to inform you that you must be as positive as you can. Sure: “Motivation” may not “last”… however, neither will a “bath” or a “meal”; Therefore, you must have it DAILY.   But beyond “motivation”: this is Distinguished Wisdom and Timeless Principles. TeamVinh University::: You must have it DAILY.

At first, new things can be difficult.
But everything is difficult at first.
Reality.

Anyone can “Start”, but only the Thoroughbred – can “Finish”.

The more you are positive = the higher your probability of success; and the faster the Velocity you can achieve it.
